Who we are
Penang Animal Sanctuary Society (PASS) is
a proposed no-kill animal shelter, currently
taking care of dogs, cats and tortoises!
The Penang Animal Sanctuary Society (PASS) is a non-profit organization which targets to provide shelter to strays and abandoned animals. PASS has been established since 2003 and its members have been advocating its no-kill policy where it aims to provide a home for the strays and abandoned animals as they are also creatures of God and deserve a right to live too.
PASS in collaboration with Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP) and support of the Penang State Government is currently completing its first phase of its envisioned animal sanctuary located adjacent to Taman Metropolitan, Relau, Penang.
